THIS IS TO AVOID MISCOMMUNICATION OR DISAPPOINTMENT REGARDING YOUR HAIR NEEDS/REQUIREMENTS.THIS ALSO ENSURES YOUR HAIR IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE DESIRED STYLE/BOOKING AND YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO DISCUSS YOUR HAIR NEEDS AND GAIN ANY ADVICE NECESSARY.ALL MINI CONSULTATIONS ARE TAKEN PLACE VIA WHATSAPP UNLESS REQUESTED TO VISIT THE SALON FOR A FULL IN-DEPTH CONSULTATION.

Hair Preparation

PLEASE ENSURE HAIR AND SCALP IS FREE FROM OIL AND IS FULLY CLEAN. EXCESS OIL/GREASE CAN LEAVE A WHITE RESIDUE. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE HAIR IS FULLY DETANGLED AND STRETCHED. BLOW-DRY ETC CAN BE ADDED TO THE BOOKING AT AN EXTRA COST. PLEASE NOTE: EACH SERVICE/ADD ON IS CHARGEABLE AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL BALANCE. PLEASE BE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND WITH YOUR HAIR PREPARED AND READY TO START THE SERVICE.

TO ENSURE LONGEVITY AND MAINTAIN YOUR BRAIDS, USE A SETTING MOUSSE AND WRAP YOUR HAIR. ADDITIONALLY YOU MAY USE A BLOW DRYER TO TAME FLYAWAYS. USE A BRAID SPRAY TO KEEP HAIR MOISTURISED AND YOUR USUAL SCALP OIL. HAIR MUST BE WRAPPED AT NIGHT USING A SILK/SATIN SCARF / BONNET / DURAG. PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES MAY BE PURCHASED ON THE DAY AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

After Care

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SECURED WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE WITH AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE.

LAST MINUTE AND OUT OF HOURS BOOKINGS ARE CHARGEABLE WITH A DISCRETIONAL BOOKING FEE WITHIN 24 HOURS NOTICE AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. PLEASE CONTACT DIRECTLY TO ARRANGE THIS.

A LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 15 MINUTES LATENESS. AFTER THIS TIME YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. LATENESS CAUSES DELAYS AND DISRUPTS THE REST OF THE DAY, PLEASE BE ON TIME!

No Shows

PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY PLUS 1'S TO YOUR BOOKING. AS YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE SALON CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN THOSE WHO ARE BOOKED IN DUE TO SPACE.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN TO THE SALON (ESPECIALLY UNDER 5) UNLESS THE CHILD IS BOOKED IN AND YOU ARE ACCOMPANYING THE CHILD.
